The annual meeting is on January 18th, 6:30pm.  It will be a Teams virtual meeting and will be recorded.

* Island Maintenance- volunteer from cul de sac – no annual dues for cleaning through the summer – 1 household per cul de sac.
* Island makeover – residents in the cul de sac takes the lead. Given budget by the HOA and plan must be approved.
* 72nd St. Monument – Late April/May neighborhood volunteers – remove current plants, leave trees, replace rock, and add hardy perennials.
* Solar lights

* 2021 replacement. 2022 replacement of free-standing boxes.
